  33. As the exclusive copyright holder for Fixed Asset Pro, HammerSoft
  34. authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance with
  35. the following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors should
  36. refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for complete license
  37. information.

  39. The Fixed Asset Pro package is defined as containing all the
  40. material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files
  41. listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  42. itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  43. distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  44. complete package suitable for distribution.

  46.     o  The Fixed Asset Pro package - including all related program
  47.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  48.        way (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  49.        and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  50.        exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  51.        all files that are part of the Fixed Asset Pro package.

  54.        (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  55.        describes the BBS and tells people that the file was

  67.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  68.        mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  69.        provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  70.        unmodified and complete.

  73.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  74.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  75.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
